YOUTH ORGANISATION OF GOA

Mufeedul Muslameen Youth Organisation of Goa was formed in 2001 by the young, energetic, committed youth to empower our community in all the spheres of life Keeping the said aim as our base, we worked tirelessly mostly in the educational, social and economical fields. Those who have been associated have seen our established work and growth, and knows our commitment to the cause.

Opening an ‘Orphanage’ for our community’s orphans who are languishing on the streets, surviving on alms, working as child laborers and most hurting our community’s orphans leaving in Non-Muslim orphanages was our heart-touching goal.

Alhamdulillah, our committed members with the support of our community Brethren started a “Yateem Khana” orphanage named ” AASRA” founded in 2003.

Alhamdulillah, Today, we are successfully running the Muslim male Orphanage in Goa for Orphans, Destitute Children not cared for by Parents and relatives, etc. presently we have 29 destitute and homeless Children from different parts of Goa and other migrated single-parent children given daycare & night shelter facility which includes homely and congenial atmosphere imparting Islamic studies, academic education and character building to make them a responsible citizen.

Children at ” AASRA” are being backed by our trained staff. providing them with healthy and nutritious food as per the menu schedule. Children at “AASRA” are pursuing their academic education at Anjuman Isahul Muslameen School. Al Huda International Islamic School, Husn Sahara, St. Aloysius English Medium High School at Benaulim (Jazak Allah Khair to the management of all the schools).

In the “Quran” Allah says “Be dutiful to your parents, orphans, kindred and neighbours.”

We are striving hard to please Allah (SWT) and working tirelessly to give these orphans and destitute a better life, like you and we have.

Mufeedul Muslameen Youth Organization of Goa has grown stronger year after year, since its inception in 2001. Starting this Organization as Youth, we have not allowed any distraction in our work ethics. Our Community’s Empowerment is our mission and we are ready for any challenges in this way.
As you’ll know, we have been more active in Educational field since our inception but, we have not neglected other fields of Empowerment. We had successfully managed to Organized following event to support our community brethren in different spheres of life.

1) Blood Donations camps at various occasions
2) Career Guidance programme
3) Medical Camps in Allopathy, Ayurveda and Unani Medicines
4) Peace Rally
5) Educational Scholarships for deserving Students.
6) Distributions of free Ration Kit For needy.
7) Actively participation during COVID-19
8) Organizing Quiz and Drawing Competitions
9) Medical Aid for needy.
10) Felicitation of meritorious students
